A new opening in early 2023, Bouchon Racine is a French restaurant located in the Three Compasses pub in Farringdon, London. It is run by chef Henry Harris, who previously ran the Michelin-starred Racine restaurant in Knightsbridge.

The menu at Bouchon Racine features classic French bistro dishes, such as steak frites, coq au vin, and moules-frites. The wine list focuses on French wines, and there is also a selection of beers and cocktails.
Bouchon Racine has received positive reviews from critics. The Guardian’s Giles Coren called it “a joyful rebirth of a once greatly adored bistro” and “a restaurant serving the kind of classic French dishes he loved”. The Evening Standard’s Fay Maschler said it was “a charming and delicious bistro” and “a welcome addition to London’s dining scene”.
Bouchon Racine is open for lunch and dinner on Tuesdays to Saturdays. Reservations are recommended.
