Nobu Hotel London Shoreditch, the culturally immersive destination in the heart of vibrant Shoreditch, has launched Nobu Café to offer guests and residents alike an eclectic, relaxed Japanese café and bar menu in East London.

Featuring an extensive list of speciality teas and hand brewed coffees, alongside a range of classic dishes boasting the famed Nobu twist; Nobu Café is the ‘go-to’ hotspot for groups of friends looking to catch up over breakfast, brunch or a late lunch, or the ideal remote working destination. Alternatively, it’s simply a more casual and relaxing space in which to sit back and unwind in a warm and vibrant atmosphere.

Nobu Cafe

Guests of Nobu Café can choose from a unique ‘wine list-esque’ Tea List featuring an exciting selection of single origin teas sourced from multiple locations across the globe. Nobu Café’s expert team will guide guests to their ideal tea, as they talk them through the story behind each variation; where it is from, the optimal way to brew and why the tea is presented in that particular way.

Partnering with tea specialists, Lalani & Co, Nobu Café’s Tea List offers an exotic range of single batch teas: Green Teas include Craft Hojicha Nibancha, heavily roasted over hot sand, Premium Genmaicha, offering a sweet and nutty taste with a subtle aroma of roasted rice and Green Pearl Gyokuro Ichibanchi, with notes of edamame and green pea. Black Tea includes Assam Malt Breakfast Black, a sweet and full-bodied tea with hints of muscat grape and a rich mellow finish; Oolong Tea includes Kyoto Oolong Nibancha, delivering sweet notes of banana and apricot and a biscuity base; White Tea offers Spring Diamon Darjeeling, a light and delicate tea with tropical and floral tones.

A wider selection of herbal and caffeine-free teas and freshly made juices are also available. Serving up Origin Coffee Roasters, those looking for their coffee fix can enjoy a selection of speciality coffees.

Served from 8am – 11am, guests looking to dine at Nobu Café can start their day with freshly made pastries and treats including a selection of Croissants, Miso Brownies and Miso Cookies, alongside Yuzu Muffins with poppy seeds. For something a little more substantial, diners can order sweet and savoury dishes from the main Breakfast Menu, including Scrambled Egg Donburi with salmon, steamed rice & nori, Bacon & Egg Roll drizzled with Tonkatsu sauce and Homemade Granola with yoghurt & mixed berries.

Served from 11am – 5pm, those looking to enjoy brunch, or an easy on-the-go lunch, can opt for a variety of salads and sandwiches, including Nobu Chicken Caesar Salad topped with Caesar truffle dressing, Field Green Salad with Tuna Tataki, a Smoked Salmon Rice Panini served with wasabi pepper, or The NOBU Club with spicy chicken, baby spinach & quail eggs. Diners can end on a sweet note with a selection of decadent desserts including Yuzu Tart, Zen Cake or Raspberry Choux.

With a selection of beers, wines and Champagnes available, Nobu Café also offers an ideal spot to enjoy a lunch or afternoon tipple with friends, family or colleagues.

Nestled amidst the energy of East London’s creative district and the financial centre of the City, Nobu Hotel London Shoreditch delivers the perfect blend of industrial chic and Japanese simplicity. Alongside Nobu Restaurant and NAMI bar, the hotel offers 164 guest rooms and suites, a naturally lit event space for 200+ people, a tranquil spa and gym and a sixth floor featuring the stylish Nobu Shoreditch Penthouse, complete with a spacious private outdoor terrace, as well as two new bedroom types: Yuhi and Yuhi Skyline.
